The serene inner courtyard provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring. Dining at the restaurant, with delicious dishes and attentive staff, truly elevated our celebration.

The room was lovely, but I waited forever for a hairdryer.

The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent.

During my stay, the toilet was not cleaned even once over four nights. The noise from water pumps was unbearable, and my requests for basic amenities were largely ignored. Staff were unhelpful and did not seem to care about my complaints, which made the entire experience quite frustrating.

I recently stayed for 1 night in a Deluxe Double Room, celebrating my 40th birthday. The luxurious suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel like royalty. The culinary experience in the restaurant was outstanding, from the exquisite dishes to the attentive staff. Special shoutout to Anton and Andrey for their amazing hospitality! 🎉

Sergei Palace is conveniently located near both the old town and numerous dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. they were attended to daily to a high standard. The staff members were particularly accommodating, helping with queries and ensuring a pleasant stay. The access to public transport was also beneficial for my work commitments.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights. The room was a good size, very clean, and had a nice vibe. The decor was nice, creating a comfy and elegant atmosphere. I loved that the beds were plush, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. However, the bad experience with the angry manager left a sour taste. The service was nice otherwise, especially from the restaurant staff, which added a bit of peace to our stay.

Had an amazing time celebrating my 40th bday! The deluxe room was huge, with amazing decor that felt super cozy. The restaurant’s menu was a blast, loved the unique Russian dishes, and the staff was super friendly. Just wish the check-in time was earlier as it made things a bit tricky for planning.

The Sergei offers a charming experience with its comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location is excellent, just up the street from the trolley, providing great access to both the old town and public transportation. Breakfast options are diverse, with attentive staff making dining enjoyable. The hotel features unique architecture, resembling a fairy tale castle, making the extra block walk worthwhile.

Parking is very limited.

The Deluxe Twin Room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and really soft towels. We enjoyed the nice shower and the free toiletries. The inner courtyard was peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the city easily.
